How We Work
West Bench Adventures blends a customized mix of accommodations, private guides and activities into your perfect adventure. After our initial consultation, let us take it from there handling your journey from start to finish.
Our process begins with an initial call or an email so we can get to know you, your travel style, interests and preferred activity level.

After our call we will send a suggested itinerary overview. At that time, if you would like to move forward with our travel planning services, we charge a non-refundable $500 West Bench Adventure Fee. This fee covers our elite travel planning services which include, but are not limited to, itinerary modifications to get things just right, trip logistics, vetting of all hotels, private guides and activity providers, trip monitoring, 24-hour on-call support while traveling, covid and weather-related contingency plans, dinner reservations and custom travel documents.
Upon acceptance of your itinerary, we go to work on your behalf making all your reservations and arrangements, and compiling your custom travel documents.

Our Services
Hotel Only Requests
National Park lodge, hotel, all-inclusive resort or guest ranch stays with no other services will be charged our West Bench Adventure Fee of $500 or 15% whichever is less.
Full-Service
Itinerary Planning
West Bench Adventures full-service itinerary planning service blends a customized mix of accommodations, luxury experiences, private guides, activities and transportation into your perfect adventure handling your journey from start to finish.
Activity Only Requests
If you have already booked your accommodations, West Bench Adventures is happy to assist with private tours, activities, luxury experiences and private guides to round out your perfect vacation.

Rental cars can be arranged as part of a full-service itinerary package.

Charter Air

Commercial Air
At this time West Bench Adventures does not handle commercial air. Should you need assistance, we would be happy to put you in touch with our air partner who can assist you in booking flights.

We highly recommend travel insurance. West Bench Adventures can recommend several coverage options to help you protect your travel investment.

West Bench Adventure Fee
All custom adventures do include a West Bench Adventure Fee. A $500 planning fee is charged after our initial consultation and acceptance of an itinerary outline. This fee covers our elite travel services which include but are not limited to trip logistics, vetting of all hotels, private guides and activity providers, trip monitoring, 24-hour on-call support while traveling, covid and weather-related contingency plans, dinner reservations and custom travel documents. There may be additional fees built into the cost of your trip, this is typically no more than 10-15% of the total price, however this varies trip to trip.
